Quotation

As each job is different, AirCam Ireland quotes on an individual basis, upon having been fully briefed on the proposed project. A number of factors may affect the quotation including job risk, site visits and requirements for additional IAA/CAA approval.

Payment Terms

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment for completed work must be received within 30 days of content delivery or as agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

Availability and Booking

Please contact us to check availability. We do many jobs at short notice; However, we must be given enough time to do an assessment of the job site and submit IAA applications if required. Bookings are confirmed once we have all the necessary details.

Postponements and Cancellation

If we can't go ahead with a job on account of bad weather, we're quite flexible and will make every effort to accommodate you. A booking deposit that is paid can simply be transferred over to another mutually agreed date. If bad weather or an unforeseen circumstance forces the cancellation of a time-specific event, the deposit will be refunded.

Copyright

The client purchasing the content will have full use of the material (via a single non-transferrable license, worldwide, in perpetuity). The client however, may not sell the footage or allow third parties to use it without the express agreement of AirCam Ireland.

AirCam Ireland retains the copyright to all content. AirCam Ireland also retains the right to use content for advertisement and promotional purposes (after delivery/release). Our content including video and photography may not be sold, reproduced or altered in any way without prior consent.

Content Usage

Our content shall not be used to conduct any fraudulent, criminal offence or other unlawful activity; Used in a manner that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, harassing or menacing or used to conduct any activity which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam.

Stock Footage

Our stock footage is licensed on condition that it shall not be used with other aerial footage whereby such aerial footage is deemed to have been acquired contrary to the regulations of the Irish Aviation Authority and Civil Aviation Authority.
